These guys know their stuff! A great alternative in the seacoast area.

Ordering and installing a hard drive took two weeks. No one offers to help when I enter the store even when I'm the only customer.

I tried to get them to order a new touchpad/keyboard cover for my MacBook. They were "slammed, and we have to follow our policy, so we can't help you today. Come back when we're not so busy". There was one woman in the store, I had waited patiently for help, and they had told me previously that they could order the part and put it in very easily, in a few minutes. I will never set foot in this store again.

Each repairs I've had has taken at least three business days.

A wonderful little business that offers great information for new and old Mac users. Nice staff and nice clean store.
