I recently visited the Du Da Spa for a brazilian wax and had a horrible experience. When I called to book the appointment the person at the front desk said "our aesthetician is fantastic". She went on to say that the appointment would last approximately 45 minutes. I arrived on time and was escorted to a private room where I met the aesthetician. She was very nice but was also extremely inexperienced. She had absolutely no idea how to perform this particular wax request and it took about 45 minutes longer than was initially quoted. Although she was the "professional" I had to instruct her how to complete the task.I would definitely not recommend the Du Da spa for waxing. I feel as thought they grossly misrepresented the experience level of their practitioners and ultimately do not care about the quality of their service delivery.
