Good food, nice decor. Service.......hmmmm. We ate at the bar, and the bartender hovered most of the time. Then, when ONE of us was done eating, he picked up the plate, got out a rag and wiped down the bar around us. Needless to say, I was done. If you're looking for "quick" service it was THAT- - -we were in and out from the time we sat down til we were driving home in 56 minutes flat. Maybe they were expecting a big party but the place was empty and yet we got the "bums rush." Maybe it's a more leisurely dinner if you sit at a table- -not as much consciousness to "turn the table"

Two of the most conscientious owners, and two great Chefs make this place awesome. The menu is a value for the quality they are putting on plates. The decor is something Portsmouth has never seen before and looks like nothing else in the area. The building was gutted and absolutely nothing is the same. The Chef's, Phelps (owner) of Green monkey fame and Gaby formerly of Isis, make an awesome duo in the kitchen. Gaby's Latin flair, Phelps balance, precision, and perfect pairing, make this place incredible. If you can get a reservation, your one of the lucky!
