My fiance ordered 6 bridesmaids dresses in April 2011 and paid in full up front. Lori, the owner of Wedding Resource Studio, has failed to respond to my phone calls and emails. Recently we managed to contact the wholesaler in New York who confirmed that the dresses were ordered and had been waiting there for weeks; however they were "waiting for paperwork" before shipping. To date we have still not received the goods. This company has a poor rating on the BBB website and even poorer reviews from other local bridal shops. Stay away!
