i thought i would give this company a try... what a mistake. i ordered 10,000 A-7 envelopes, made out of a very expensive specialty paper. i was assured that my order would be ready for pick-up on a certain date. well, i called repeatedly to see if my envelopes were finished on the date they gave me for pick-up. i got the major run-around. they finally called me back 2 days later. when i went to pick-up my envelopes they were A-6's.... i told them i ordered A-7's but the customer service guy just kept arguing with me over it, thank got i brought a copy of my purchase order and it clearly stated i wanted A-7's...... so needless to say. they did nothing right. i refused to pay for the order because they screwed up, not me. they now call me weekly harassing me to pay the bill..... would you pay a $6,000 bill for the wrong envelopes???? i think not. NEVER work with this company. They have the worst customer service i have ever encountered in my life!!!!!!!!
