We also boast several vegetarian rolls, featuring sweet potato, onion, or carrot. Owner Jin Park has 30 years experience preparing Japanese food. Ukiyoe Japanese Restaurant has been serving delicious, authentic Japanese food since 1992. More than just a good sushi bar, we offer the best teriyaki and tempura dishes in Portland.
