ZERO STARS was not available, otherwise I'd have used it.Earlier this week my wife took my 7-year old son to this branch so he could open a savings account with almost $50 he's saved up from allowance, extra chores, and holiday gift $ from relatives. About 4 PM they got to the bank and my son asked the teller if he could open an account. The teller - who was very nice - said no, but someone at one of the desks could. There was one older woman sitting in the waiting area, and 4 employees seated at their desks. Wife & son joined the other woman and waited. And waited. And waited. They sat there for 25 freakin' minutes, and not one of the 4 employees even acknowledged their existence. My wife worked in banking for 22 years and was stunned. Eventually she gave up and left, and the other woman - who'd been there even longer - followed her out.
