Provided by YPmobileI originally chose this contractor because they are local and have been in business since the 1970's. They installed a heat pump and put in in the wrong place twice. They eventually got the unit in the right place. Terrible shop. Would never recommend them.

Provided by DexKnowsJust got off the phone with the service manager as a follow up to a service call from yesterday, 5/15/14. Apparently they've never been to my house in 5 years, according to their computer system and that I'm not correct that they've had to come put refrigerant in the AC every year that we've lived in the home (8 years). Thanks for basically telling me I'm a liar and not backing up your work or being accountable (or lack thereof) for the improper work that's been performed since you installed the product. For me to be patient for 8 years and be told each year to just call you the following year to put refrigerant in because of the slight leak, I should have said that's not good enough. Now you're calling me a liar saying you haven't been out to my house for 5 years, that's quality customer service at its finest! Do I feel like a valued customer or what!? Not at all! That's for taking responsibility for not recognizing the poor quality of work you've done over the years (so you're not held responsible for it) and telling me that I wasn't even in your system, which is the only reason you say you haven't been out in 5 years. What poor customer service and such a sad and unsatisfactory customer experience. I can see why you've had so many reorganizational changes and no one knows who's on first. Thank you, Marshall for making me feel like such a valued customer.
