Great Sushi and big portions very good. You will have to wait at least an hour most of the time. But it's worth it.

Coming from Hawaii where Sushi is prevelant, I've never seen anythng like this.....Bamboocha pieces, ono licious!

Best Sushi in Portland, you will have to wait up to 1 hr. to get in but the wait is well worth it. We drive for over an hour to get to the Saburo. The sushi is huge and good. It looks like a dive from the outside but don't judge a book by it's cover.

Good Sushi. Huge Portions (Godzilla-Like), not uncommon for a single piece of Maguro to take 4-5 bites. Great Value,$. Great Area - Sellwood. Show up before they open or expect to wait - not uncommon to wait for an hour and a half. Check back on list because if you get called and not there, you could get scratched and have to start the wait all over. Waiting in this area is not hard . . . shops, coffee, etc. . . Come ready to eat, bring your A Game !!! And, oh yes, they have beer and sake . . . cold unfiltered sake even . . . sooooooooooooo good !!!
