Rose City Heating & Air installed a furnace and air conditioners for us last month. I got quotes from 3 different companies and went with rose city for several reasons. First, they were the only ones who went into my crawlspace during their original consultation. They found the source of a 10 year old problem, a duct that had come loose. I have been heating my crawlspace and living with a cold spare bedroom. One of the other companies told me the cold room was probably due to a ductwork ?design? problem and a new furnace ?should? fix it. Secondly, they were the lowest cost! They were $125 dollars less than one company and over $600 less than another. Thirdly, they installed American Standard equipment. The staff and crew were awesome. They were on time and very professional. The installers laid out a carpet protector to the thermostat even though I told them they didn?t have to.
