i went into retrieval towing 11:33 pm on april 25th, asking for my car back for my mother needed to be taking to the hospital. they patted me down at the door asking if i had any beer. after persisting that i didn't have any beer the began to touch me. jean, the owner came in and wanted me to let it all out on her but she looked like a goat. i do not reccomemd this company.

I called about a tow and the dispatcher was so rude, she probably need to do a customer Service 101 training on how to talk to customers because without the customers she would not have a paycheck

What a horrible company! My friend was towed last night after being informed she would not be. It was such an ordeal for my apartment manager to get the car out. They didn't want to release the car at all even though it was their fault.

IRetriever Towing is a terrible towing company! I was treated with such disrespect on 3-28-13. I had to wait 3 hours for my car and they had it a half hour! I was waiting at their place on Johnson Creek and went through the worst hassle! Had to wait over an hour for the first person to show up, then he forgot his keys! Told me i have to ride with him to get them in downtown Portland and back, are you kidding me? I had my cousin and brother with me as well and they couldn t believe what this towing put me (us) through! The driver said another guy will come so I waited again! While he smoked cigarettes in my face I waited for another person!! It was terrible. 3 hours after I called originally, I was finally in my car pulling out of their garage!! Then the manager today (4/4/13)tells me my situation is no different and I don t deserve a refund of any kind for what the company put me through!

I recently had my car towed in my apartment complex, I came out just as the tow truck was pulling in (he hadn't even backed up to the car), asked him to roll down his window and said let me go grab my keys to move this. He said no, and I informed him it was against the law if i had my keys and it would take less time for me to grab them then for him to hook up my car. I ran and got my keys not even a minute later he had moved my car to the highway and started hooking it up over there, trying to get away from me. This company is by far the worst and rudest company I have come across, they should be shut down just based off of customer service. I will make sure that no one ever has to deal with these people, this company doesnt even deserve one star.

Okay so I parked in a space I was not supposed to park in, my car was there less than 15 mins, it got towed, I was down at the impound lot less thna one hour later, it was only six blocks from where they towed me and they charged me $250, how dothey get away with that?
