Providence Diabetes and Health Education Center, located at 9340 SW Barnes Road in Portland, OR is a member of Providence Health & Services and strives to create healthier communities, together. Providence Health & Services is the third largest not-for-profit health system in the United States. We are committed to providing for the needs of our communities, especially for those who are poor and vulnerable, across Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
