- WillsAnne grew up in Portland, returning in 1994 to earn her law degree after she and her husband sold two businesses in Everett, Washington. After law school, Anne clerked at the Oregon Court of Appeals before entering private practice where she found a passion for estate planning, probate and trust administration, as well as small business advising. Anne has been fortunate to combine her passion for both law and teaching by serving as a professor at Lewis & Clark Law School for the past 17 years, where she has taught Wills and Trusts, as well as lawyering skills courses focused on effective and professional communication, research, and writing. Anne retired from teaching at the end of 2020, to focus on her law practice, while still finding time to enjoy family, friends, and the activities that bring her joy.
