So far not bad. They are completely online, including getting things fixed. It can take a week to get someone out, but they will come when you are not home to fix things and leave things clean. Have had sink rebuilt and floor repaired without issue. You just have to report issue online. They will do nothing if you don't do this. They are professional. Pay late and they just up the cost daily. Bad credit and they just ask for more deposit. Very hands off. Nice, I think. Last private landlord was always in my business and raising rent like crazy. These guys keep things stable.

My experience with Palisades is horrible. I do not suggest renting from them. Besides the black mold throughout the building, they never keep up the maintenance and over charge for rent. The 16-page lease they had us sign, was like buying a house. And yes, they will charge you $1, per hole in the wall, regardless if the holes were there before. Again, I would not recommend this rental company to anyone.

Other than charging me for holes in the walls when I moved I have no complaints. Lived in my apartment for 2 years and had some pictures hung and when I received my move out accounting I was charged $1.00 per hole. I guess they could have charged me for the painting but they did not.
