Dishonest, disorganized.

Shipped 2 Cummins motors to them for 'long block' rebuilds. Sent original heads in good condition, wanted those used, specified no Chinese heads! They put Chinese heads on the motors anyway. Never told us, couldn't explain why they did it. Oil pan was full of dirt and leaves.
After argument they agreed to partial refund, but never sent it and now won't talk to me or my husband.

Be careful. Not only do they have poor communication as to what you are receiving or not receiving in your engine they took $1400 of my money in a made up "restock fee" that was never mentioned in any paperwork before they had my money. After I had issues with the engine and they didn't want to help I returned the engine because I was unsatisfied. Spent $1000 to ship it back and fourth at my expense that I'm not looking to get back also . All of a sudden they said there's a 15% restock fee and stole $1400 from me. If this fee was mentioned upfront before they had my money I would have no issue. I was never even given the opportunity to agree or disagree with the fee before I purchased and take my business elsewhere. Deceitful and disingenuous business practices!
