  This service will be set up only after intake paperwork is received and approved. Please download paperwork at www.mtpsych.com and mail or fax it into our office. After reviewing your forms we will call to let you know you can schedule your intake session.

• Phone Session45 min.: $150.00
  Insurances generally will not pay for phone sessions. In general, phone sessions are not recommended, but they may be used on occasion if there are problems with coming into the office.
