i am so disappointed in this place, was actually looking for a good place to get regular massages like weekly. ok, so after the one hour massage I could not believe how untrained the therapist was and the massage was so light it felt like you were just being caressed for one hour. Afterwards I wanted to give them another chance and find another therapist, we made the appointment and I was reassured they were going to call to remind me the night before. Well, no one did call, and I realized they charged me 55 dollars, after talking to a manager I was told that it was all my fault and that they did not have any contact info for me, hmmm, interesting, they can charge me the 55 and then lie about not having my personal info like a phone number. To make an ugly story realy short, the manager was rude and was not willing to make things right, I asked for a refund, or another massage but got no where with her. She kept on saying that it was my fault that I scheduled it and should have come.
