  John W. Whearty is a tax attorney licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington and Arizona. Mr. Whearty limits his practice to tax and estate planning, business law and business transactions, as well as the resulting litigation from these areas of practice. Mr. Whearty received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Portland State University, a Master of Business Administration Degree from Washington State University, and both his Juris Doctor Degree and Certificate in Federal Tax Law from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. Mr. Whearty is a member of the Oregon, Washington and Arizona State Bars, United States District Court for the Districts of Oregon and Western Washington, and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
