Dr. Laura D. Milner is a board-certified psychologist in Portland, OR. Dr. MIlner enjoys partnering with her patients' primary care providers and hopes the collaboration contributes to normalizing the idea that there is a mind/body connection. Her goal is to help patients remove obstacles that may be getting in the way of health and well-being.
