I was finishing up my laundry the same exact day when this disruptive customer by the name of Mandy came into King City Coin Laundry. She came in at 8:15PM when the last wash and dry was supposed to be at 8PM and demanded to dry her clothes for 45 minutes. Clearly the customer had no manners and was only concerned with drying her clothes and not respectful or nice to anyone else. King City Coin Laundry is by far one of the best Laundromats in Oregon. The place is always clean, they have tons of machines, the workers are respectful and friendly and are attentive to the customers needs. There is nothing more I could ask for in a Laundromat and I am defending this Laundromat because the managers and workers are always extremely nice to me, and when I would have a problem, they would always help out and not ever complain or hesitate. I can only think of positive things for this place. Please check out this Laundromat (my favorite one in the area).

I walked into the King City Laundry at 8 pm. The man said "Can I help you"? I said that I just needed to use the dryer for about 45 min. He then told me that the last wash is at 8pm. I said I do not need to wash the clothes I just need the dryer. He would not let me use the dryer. When I asked about a manager he said he was the manager. I then asked for his name and he would not give it to me. He also did not speak very good english. I have never had such bad customer service. I would not recommend this place. I then went to the other coin laudry in Tigard end of Bull Mt and dried my clothes in 35 min! The manager there was so great. KING CITY COIN LAUNDRY was NOT a friendly place.
