Jan Hua, D.O., is a board-certified internal medicine physician with Providence Medical Group-Glisan Clinic. “I emphasize treating the whole person, not just the ailments,” she says. “My most important role is to listen. That means understanding my patients, their lives and their concerns before I prescribe or advise.” While she provides the tools to be well, she says, “Ultimately, I want to empower you to be the leading proponent of your health.” A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and the Western University of Health Sciences, she completed her internship and residency at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center and Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center in Portland. She speaks English, Vietnamese and some Spanish.
