The Portland Impact is a nonprofit organization that serves seniors and adults with disabilities. The organization offers a variety of food, housing, health care and educational programs. It serves low-income families and adults with disabilities. The Portland Impact has partnerships with schools, businesses, faith communities, community-based organizations and governmental agencies. The organization employs more than 100 individuals and has over 2,000 volunteers. It provides homeless family shelter and rent and housing assistance services. The Portland Impact also offers community involvement and education and employment support services. It additionally provides case management, tax assistance and respite care services. Established in 1966, the Portland Impact has a presence in Portland, Ore.
