Gunderson is a unit of The Greenbrier Companies, a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol GBX. Gunderson s customers include all Class 1 and many short-line railroads, shippers, leasing companies and ocean shipping companies. Since 1960, the company has produced more than 100,000 railcars. Gunderson offers general freight cars, box cars, hopper cars, stack cars and auto-max cars. The Greenbrier Companies are headquartered in Lake Oswego, Ore., and is a leading international supplier of transportation equipment and services to the railroad industry.
