Long wait times...didn't communicate wait expectations to patients. 2 hour delay.

We are pleased to say that when our daughter went in for surgery the staff was very wonderful. Second trip in for husband a year later and the service was just as wonderful. We are happy with how friendly & clean the atmosphere is. Thank you .

My wife had surgery there. Ease of appointments 5 cleanliness of facility 5 staff accessibility prior to appointment 5 preop nurse care was over 5 our surgical staff. Dr nurse and anesthesia was the best! Our post op experience was such that it brings these numbers to a rating of 1. We left with questions, my wife's 'systems' were not yet functional, the information given was incorrect and incomplete and we were so rushed that my wife ended up in tears. She was nauseous on the way home and were left feeling like an already stressful day was turned into a day from hell unnecessarily.

Clean and efficient but WAY over eager to get you out of the way. Nurse asked twice in 10 minutes if I was ready to get dressed yet told her both times no I just need a little more time. She responded by sitting me up and bringing me my clothes to get dressed and was then surprised when I was upset about being rushed so much!

Great experience. Convenient location, very friendly staff, comfortable accommodations. Didn't feel like just another number. They seemed to genuinely care about me and my comfort. Would highly recommend.
