Provided by YPmobileTerrible! They don't care about the clients all!
This is a for-profit business and they run it like one. Many programs don't have the funding to provide happy, healthy, safe environments. No money for food, activities, hygiene products or ISPs goals. It takes weeks to fix equipment such as dishwashers, or washing machines or sinks.
Under pay their employees for the amount of work and harassment they receive from upper management. Can't keep employees, so they are always under staffed, making it dangerous for the individual’s they provide care for. Hardly follows OARS laws, some houses in Multnomah should be shut down, or they need to fire the people in charge of them.
Everyday I pray for the individual’s involved with this company.
