Castagna Restaurant is a family-style restaurant, serving French and Italian cuisine. Its dinner is inspired by the traditional meals of the grape harvest and is served from Wednesday through Saturday. The restaurant s menu comprises Provencal shrimp soup with rouille crouton, fettucine with zucchini blossoms, mascarpone and chives, saut ed sea scallops with salcornia and fennel, octopus and saffron terrine with celery salad and heirloom tomato salad with fresh mozzarella and basil. It offers a variety of desserts, such as frozen mascarpone cheesecake with fresh peaches, huckleberry ice cream with cookies and Meyer lemon tart with blueberries.
