I had a unit at Burnham business and storage in Tigard for 1.5 years. The management is non existant 90 percent of the time. The office hours posted on the office door are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. However if you go there during their posted hours 90 percent of the time there is a closed sign right next to the posted hours of operation. The management team rarely even returns phone calls. Thumbs down!!!

Burnham business park is priced right for small business owners. The management team is very easy to work with. With the economy in free fall I am glad I am here as other parks are double the rent. The police station is next door and it has security gates that close at 7pm.

As much as i pay to rent from you,and my stuff still gets stolen,I was renting a unit in St,Cloud Minnesota for $75.00,and it had coded access,and cameras,you may not have cameras,but you have someone living on the premises,and the units still get broke into!!!! Maybe you should get the coded gates,like you do for the other half of the property has...instead of making it a free for all,cause your paying someone to live there,and it is useless!The last time i was at my unit,was the 1st week of Nov.'09! Whats funny is when i first started renting,i had no lock on it,and other crap on the outside of it,cause i had no room to put it inside my unit,and no one bothered it,or got into my unlocked unit,i put a lock on there in Sept. finially,and someone took the time to clip it,and take 1/4 of my property,cause the unit is now 1/4 empty,go figure,thats messed up!
