This is an upscale neighborhood with million dollar homes surrounding the Broadmoor Manor Apartments. The apartments themselves were built in the 1940's. The Townhomes are beautiful/classy however, if something goes wrong, good luck getting it fixed in a timely manner. Before moving in make sure to check if these things are installed/fixed: Screens on windows, gas heating unit(working?) All knobs on cabinets. Door knobs/latches all screwed in or in place? Since the Apartment Managers at this place are a revolving door, make sure to get receipts at the time of dropping rent. Those of you who work Mon-Fri 8-5 jobs, prepare to be woken up bright and early, every weekend, with the sound of leaf blowers and lawn mowers. - No sleeping in here. It is an ok place to live with possibilities if they would get their act together.
