Service here is terrible. Our company tried to bring business of 100's of springs a year to these guys to keep the business in Oregon. They treated us like a bother and continued to provide promise dates that came and went with no product. Attitude on the phone was ridiculous. Never got back to us, we had to contact them each time. I would never suggest doing business with a company like this.

I spoke with an employee on the phone and ordered rear leaf springs for my FJ60. He quoted me $257 and when I asked if that was total he said it was. I had the impression throughout the conversation that he wasn't giving me his full attention, but did not think he would answer a question without first being sure he knew what he was answering. When I went to pick up the springs they tried to charge me $466. I explained that was not what I was quoted and instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding and offering me compromise price (common practice I retail in this situation) he told me I had to wait for the employee who quoted me the price to get back from lunch. That employee returned and also refused to admit that he could have been part of a misunderstanding. After I explained my expectations as both a customer and experienced sales person he told me he supposed they would just have to put the springs into inventory. I said that was fine with me and left. Oregon Spring quoted me the same price later that day, when I naked them "is that total?", the employee was listening and told me it was not. Benz Spring is not the only spring place in town, and their prices competitive, but they don't deserve to be in business with this kind of customer service.
