i was at the bedmart store in gresham oregon. first of all the sales rep told me there was $99 delivery charge, but would waive the charge since I bought the bed mattress covers. secondly, after i purchased a mt hood bed, noticed with in days my knees, lower back and shoulders hurt. i waited the 21 days plus a few more. when i spoke to the same sales rep the only option based on beds in their was to upgrade. i orginally spent $1K for my bed. now we were looking at an increase of $800 for another mattress. i wonder if there are others who have experienced the same thing. buy a bed not right for you and have to upgrade, spend more money? also, they are not registered with the BBB. since they are in oregon i find it odd they are not registered with the BBB. terrible service, terrible bed. also, receipt says sales are final, yet then says refunds take place in 10 days.
