I've been to the Aveda Institute several times and always had positive results. But my most recent was terrible. The cut and color were so poor, the professional that fixed it was appalled and did not even understand how it could happen. While I'm sure people have great experiences like I once did, it is not worth the risk! Plus Aveda was not helpful in fixing it and I had to pay additional money elsewhere to solve the problem.
