I took 3 different blinds here that another company said couldn't be fixed. The found the right parts and did a great job cleaning them as well. Would definitely recommend!

Probably one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I've ever had. Took some blinds and a header rail in for sizing and cutting. After dropping them off, we returned in a few days only to notice that our items couldn't be found within the very disorganized warehouse. I finally found them myself after searching the inventory. Blinds were done but header wasn't. After waiting about 2 weeks I was told they needed a "special" tool to cut the bar for my header rail. I waited another couple of weeks before the "special" tool came in. Another couple of weeks went by and I was told the tool did not fit! I finally just picked up my header rail UNFIXED and took it to another repair shop. The new repair shop called me to tell me I was missing parts! I returned to A to Z blinds, picked up the parts, delivered them to the new repair shop and was told I was given the wrong parts! These parts weren't even mine! Very unhappy with A to Z. I would not recommend using this business.
