Below health standards. Residents' animals toilet in halls leaving stains, smell and germs on hall carpet. Management doesn't live on the same floor so they don't care and do nothing about it when told. Animals are toileted on the property connected. Flies contaminate tenants' balconies and fly into their apartments. Flies land on animal leavings and hover in space in front door area, landing on humans at will. Moreso an apartment building for animals and their rights than for humans. Management has become unresponsive to maintenance service requests. Mold traces remain AFTER SEVEN MONTHS.Homeless people congregate around the building, smoking within 5 feet of the main entrance. The homeless people use the side of the building for a latrine and garbage dump.The Fitness Center they speak of doesn't have even one piece of equipment that is not broken.The appliances in the apartments are way past replacement and frequently break down. Maintenance calls are often ignored.Mold is in some of the apartments and a complaint has to be made with the City of Portland Bureau of Development Services. It has taken seven months and still Management has not done as they said they would do.
