wintergreen should advise new and potential sunroom customers that the sunroom will begin leaking shortly after the 2 yr warantee expires, AND they will then charge 95.00 for a house call PLUS 48.00 per hour. I recently had to call them for a second time about the SAME leak. The repair man was at my house for 20 minutes, and I received a bill for 143.00. When I spoke to the owner Lou Whittaker, about the bill I was advised about all his costs - insurance, materials, employee labor & health insurance . . . I simply wanted to discuss the 95.00 house call charge as I live .06 mile from their location. I was told (threatened actually) that if I didn'y pay the bill in full I would have to figure out how to fix any future leaks myself (and my sunroom does not have such a great track record in regards to leaks). It appears they may be trying to sustain their business with revenue from repairs now, but the charges are simply unrealistic. Greedy, greedy, greedy.
