This company is overall WONDERFULL! I recommend starting service with them, They are have awesome services with low cost. I never had services like Time Warner Cable.

I was suprised from Time Warner Cable store. Because when I was goes to buy Time Warner Cable high speed internet. That time they give me full information regarding the Time Warner Cable cable internet and Time Warner Cable wifi. They also informed about internet plan and speed. Right now I have wifi connection at home with impressive speed.

I've received great service from Time Warner Cable. I have been very happy with them. I was especially impressed with the sales replies that handle the service to my building. He helped me extraordinarily out of a traffic I caused. Not to mention the kind technician who made a special trip to set me up and another kind technician on the phone that resolved a disorganization issue. I work from home and require an fluent and high speed internet connection. I get that with Time Warner Cable.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. I have a seasonal plan and they always have trouble doing the switch over each year. I have to keep the phone on for the security system and they never seem to get it right. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them and they all give me different information. The plan I had was for $20 per month telephone and they gradually have pushed it up to $36 a month without even notifying me. I guess I need to check the bills better. The people on the phone, while seemingly professional sounding they are terribly inept. I spent at least 4 hours on the phone and when I finally get a person, they are entirely baffled about what I am asking for and inevitably have to consult with their supervisor and still have not fixed the problem. Currently my phone has a dial tone, but it is not my phone number when I call out it indicates a different number AND when I call my number it indicates it is no longer in service.

*I have the upgraded turbo internet connection. I can't watch streaming video in the evenings when the rest of the neighborhood is home and trying to also watch streaming video. It is unusable past 3pm. *I've had the same cable boxes & remotes for the last 9 years. My remotes have all died over time. They want me to bring them back to their office 2 hours away in order to replace them.*Chat people can't actually help you unless you want to add on to your service, then they are on it.*I have paperless billing. For the last couple of months I have not received bills and the system doesn't recognize my email addy even though it's the same email addy I've always used. When I try to re-register it says there's already an account with that name. No one seems to be able to help me w/ that. Not pleased.

I had to discontinue service with Time Warner because their prices were outrageous. I could not longer afford the nearly 160 dollars a month for cable, internet, and phone. I switched to a different company and saved over 50 dollars a month for the same services. When I discontinued services with them, I had a credit of nearly $100. I have been waiting since December for my check to arrive. Initially, I was told it would be 4-6 weeks. Then I was told I would have it by Feb 1st. Today is Feb 11, and I still have not received it. I have called several times and have been told the same old story, 4-6 weeks. We are looking at over 7 weeks now. I am not too happy with Time Warner right now to hold onto people's money for that length of time when we need it the most!!

My cable rarely comes in, always have to schedule a call for a repair. Now prices are going/have gone up? I'm not even getting what I am paying for now! I tell everyone to not bother with TWC. I am shopping elsewhere. Good riddance. Can't wait to be rid of you!

I just had a service appt this morning and I have to say it was the most pleasant one I've EVER had in all my years of dealing with TWC!! The rep's name is Ross and he was so friendly, polite, pleasant and KNOWLEDGABLE!! He fixed the problem quickly (I needed a new digital box) and then answered a couple of questions I had and even showed me some features on my digital cable I wasn't even aware I had!! I've had some less than enjoyable visits from service reps in the past...but this one was EXCEPTIONAL...I wish ALL service people could be as GREAT as Ross was!! I'm going to call the company today to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves! TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE, MADE MY DAY!! :o) THANK YOU, ROSS!! :o)

This is a terrible company I had dealt with in my life. I had had a hard time to tell my cancellation of the service. When I called, nobody answered it. Phone representatives are not helpful and make you wait forever more than 30 minutes.

I've been a customer now going on 4 years, and like most, am having a hard time financially. I called for a bit of help since I am behind, letting them know that I can pay the bill off this Friday (it's Tuesday). The only thing these people have to say is they can take a payment today to stop a disconnect tomorrow. When I asked about the much cheaper plans available to brand new customers, they tell me again, they can simply take a payment today to stop a disconnect tomorrow, so I don't have to worry about it happening like it did in 2011. Not the best track record on my side, I know, but I got it paid that same day last time and still never complained about the rate. There certainly is a disconnect, here. Time Warner Cable of New England will never have my business again.

Tried to get help with my slow connectivity and was on tech support for over an hour with no results. Sevice is POOR. I'm paying for hi speed but the service is slower than dial up.

Horrible service. The phone does not work at least 3 days out of the month. Internet and phone will go down at the same time. If TWC does not get enough phone calls they tell you there is no problem in your region. How do you call about a problem if your phone is never working?
