I have been in two locations in 8 years. First location was next to a furniture store. They used Sign Design for a huge foam sign that was not supposed to show seams. It cracked visibly and Sign Design did nothing to fix it. I cost around $6-7k? Now I am in a new location and my landlord has an electronic sign (that costs around $40-60k). It seemed to be constantly breaking down. Has not worked since June or July? It is now impacting my business. Really think about service before you pay big bucks for a sign. Sign Design is not the only thing to think about - staying in business with a great and lasting impression means you need excellent service. Doesn't matter if you know the owners, apparently.
