They are top notch, very professional and the most experienced I've worked with. Just a few employees, but they've worked there for years now. I've tried hiring though other agencies, but it seems like their turnover is great. I talk to one person one day and a week later I have to deal with someone else. Rock Coast Personnel is rock solid and steady. They always find the people I need, I don't have the time to train a new recruiter everytime I have a need. I'm done going anywhere else. I've been dealing with the same people at Rock Coast Personnel for over ten years. I'd be thrilled to get ten weeks with another agency, but I have no need for another agency.

Really helpful and best at weeding out the unwanted.
Very helpful and a good company to work with. RC provides above average temps, and when some don't work out (which is pretty much inevitable) they get another in quickly. I would certainly recomend them.
Great, just great! I read someone else's review and made me think I should write something also. They helped me find a job as a temp and within a short time, the company they placed me with hired me. I've been with the same company for almost nine years. I had a chance to hire a temp through them and the same people I worked with nine years ago are the same people helping me find good employees. That's kind of impressive. I like them and you probably will too.
An excellent choice, I couldn't be happier. They help find the people we need and meet each of them personally before they send their information to us for review. From now on, I won't use another staffing company. Our work environment is high volume and Rock Coast Personnel has kept pace while still providing the best people.

The folks at Rock Coast Personnel are the best. I've worked with them for many years and have never been let down. Sure we've had an occasional candidate the was not a great fit and candidates that ended up not liking the job. The communication with Rock Coast is great and they solve problems for me and my company. They save me a tremendous amount of time and work hard on our behalf. Any issues or concerns are fixed quickly. In my opinion they are the best. I've worked with many other agencies and no company seems to care as much as Rock Coast Personnel. The turnover at other agencies is unbelievable. This is the first time I've even taken the time to write a review for just about anything.
I finally got an appointment for a job opening through Rock Coast Personnel. It was difficult to get an appointment and at first was a little annoyed. Then I realized they must get hundreds of people calling when they have an open position. Most of the jobs they fill never even get posted online because they are are to fill them with people like me that are in their system. I met with Andre and Bill and they were so helpful and kind. They understood my frustration with the current job market. A couple of days later they called and set up an interview for me with a great company. I got the job and I am forever greatful for their help and would recommend them to anyone. In the end, a great experience.
What a great agency to help find good people. I didn't know they existed until another Human Resource Manager mentioned they have always had good luck with Rock Coast Personnel. I have now utilized their services for production, warehouse, distribution and clerical employees. I will even try them out on an executive level assignment when we have the need.
Rock Coast Personnel is a great company to work with. I've utilized their recruiting service many times with great results. We've struggled in the past to find good people on our own and using the services of other staffing firms with not so great results. Rock Coast Personnel listened to what are needs were and produced the right candidate each time. They have done a great job making me look good to my boss.
