Maine's first bagel manufacture and retail location opened it's doors in June of 1977 and for over 40 year's we have brought a better version of the New York bagel to Portland! We serve a traditional boil and baked, 5 ingredient dough, with no preservatives. Made fresh everyday starting at 3 am! We provide an extensive menu with: 18 flavor bagels, and over 24 toppings of cream cheese flavors, including low fat and non dairy options, hummus, peanut butter and jelly and a cinnamon butter! We also offer a large choice of breakfast sandwiches, on of course our fresh bagels, croissants, english muffins or wrapped up in a tortilla with double the fillings! Yes, we are a Jewish Style Deli, House roasted Turkey breast, Pearl brand Corned Beef, Pastrami, and Hot Dogs! Delicious Rare Roast Beef, Hormel Cure 81 Ham, and Chopped chicken tender salad and Solid White Tuna Salad.
