Food is great, portions are large, service is extremely poor. I have eaten there several times with the same theme. Upon entering, wait staff don't greet you right away. I find myself waiting for a long time each time I visit. Upon being seated I get the same response. After ordering, wait staff do not check on you to see how the meal is. I have never seen anything like it. Due to the recurring theme and knowing many other people who have the same poor service while at Espo's, I would have to judge that the wait staff come to work here with little to no experience and that Espo's does not know how to train wait staff on the basic fundamentals. My advice to people is to order out as you will be disgusted with the service so much that it will ruin your eating experience.
I'VE BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES BUT TODAY'S SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST OUR SERVER NEVER CAME TO CHECK ON US. I HAD TO ASK ANOTHER SERVER TO GO AND GET HER BECAUSE IT WAS TIME TO GO BACK TO WORK WE ASKED FOR BOXES FOR OUR FOOD AND SHE NEVER GAVE US A BAG TO PUT THE BOXES IN WE HAD 4 BOXES ONE OF THEM BEING HADDOCK, I WILL SAY THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT.
