Founded in 1986 and located in Portland, Maine, Akari Hair Care and Day Spa is a full-service day spa center serving the Maine community. The center provides a wide variety of beauty services, such as full body massage, rejuvenating facial, therapeutic body treatment, and spa manicure and pedicure services. Its spa services include facials, tinting, waxing, and hai and nail care, foot and nail care, and makeup services. It performs several body treatments, such as salt glow, micro-buff body polish, Akari signature body wraps, active seaweed body mask, black Baltic mud body mask, herbal hot packs, and buff and bronze and ear candling. Akari Hair Care and Day Spa also provides various massage therapies, including four hands and Thai massage, raindrop therapy, hot stone massage, Reiki sessions, polarity therapy, reflexology and herbal consultations. The center offers special gift certifications to its customers.
