Say-Core is a company that specializes in the production of extruded precast/prestressed planks. The company s planks, which range in 6-, 8-, 10- and 12-inch widths, are fabricated using a state-of-the-art extrusion process and machinery. The slabs are manufactured by skilled PCI certified plant technicians under controlled conditions that utilized self-propelled extrusion machines, placing and vibrating concrete, which form the hollow cores of Say-Core s four grout keys to produce a high-quality precast slab. The Say-Core extrusion process ensures consistent cores, dimensional accuracy, PCI certified and UL rated plant, low-uniform camber and high-strength uniform concrete.
