Great people, great service and they always have what I need at a better price than anywhere else. I wish other businesses were run this way.
I really didn't think that this level of service was available anymore. The guys at this Rapid Refill know printers and know ink. I first met Craig, the owner when he was making a delivery to our business. He not only installed the toner cartridge, he cleaned our machine! Now that's service. Needless to say after that I had to stop by the store, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive the same quality of service. I will always buy my cartridges from this franchise location. The people do make the difference and being in the service industry, we like to keep our dollars working in our community. Price, service, quality. I cannot brag enough about these guys. I am so happy to have found them.
