Really terrible experience! Bought a gift certificate and couldn't get in for months---to the point that it expired--and the owner would not re-new or extend...and then wouldn't talk to me---$100's of dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to get the MI attorney general involved. Got a check from them months later with a letter from their attorney. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL for someone who is in the "service" industry. Instead of the relaxing experience--it was a NIGHTMARE and a STRESS! The owner has no "compassion" or "desire to serve" her community---even while being paid! A HUGE AMOUNT! Take your million dollar building and give it to someone who actually cares about your reputation M SPA!!!! (The employees may be fine, but I feel sorry for them!)
