Douglas has always found sleep to be very interesting. He particularly enjoys helping people sleep better and improving patients’ quality of life and health.Douglas likes to spend his free time outside with family. In particular, he enjoys fishing, skiing, biking and hunting.I spend a significant amount of time educating my patients. I want them to know how their sleep impacts their overall health.
