Portage Township YMCA is a social service organization focusing on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Based in Portage, Ind., the organization operates a child care and development center that provides curriculum-based child care and development, increases cognitive skills and builds developmental assets for children. Portage Township YMCA conducts golf leagues, swim lessons, racquetball leagues as well as volleyball and church basketball leagues for adults. In addition, the organization provides group fitness classes, such as indoor cycling, cardio classes, yoga instructions and more.
