Poor service and poor workmen ship. Ross was especially unhelpful. May have to contact Attorney General for advice.

You can't find a more reliable, knowledgable, TRUSTWORTHY shop anywhere!
just got charged $200 for a part that I can prove cost $150.....1/2 gal of antifreeze for $11......shop supplies $14.90....unreal. Should have took it a dealer, at least then I know what to expect.
The service is wonderful. They are patient and take the time to go over any questions you may have. They are so skillful that this is where you will want to go when the other shops tell you they can't fix it or that they can't find anything wrong. Jeff, second generation owner, is wonderfull. Want a quick oil change? No problem because a seperate bay area is set up for just oil changes that will have you out in a snap. I love this place and am happy I took a chance and stopped in.
