I was told the flooring would be installed starting May the 8th. This was a lie as I am now being told May 15th is the installation time. My delivery was also more than 5 hours late. Now I am being told there is some sort of material that was ordered but never paid for. As far as I knew I had paid for everything. So now I have been lied to about, delivery, installation and final price. What kind of business is this?! My wife and I are living in the garage while we wait AND wait for Lowe's to full fill services already paid for.
I, purchased a refrigerator on 08/12/13. I was told it would be delivered on 08/13/13,and that I would recieve a phone call on 08/12/13 between 8:00 p.m.and 10:00 p.m. telling me what time to expect my delivery on 08/13/13. I never recieved that call.The next morning at 9:00 A.M. I called the store and after being put on hold for a half an hour I was told the driver came in at 11:00 a.m. and I would get a call, I never got a call. I called Loews at 12:30 p.m. and they said they would call the driver and they would call me back. They called me back at 2:00 p.m. and said they couldnt get a hold of the driver but when they did they would call me , they never called.At 5:30 P.M.I spoke to Amber in tech support and she told me I was an add on and there were 5 deliveres before mine and I would get my delivery between 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Why did it take all day to tell me this I was sitting at home all day for nothing.
