Where do I begin??

We hired Kouder Electric through Home Advisor in April 2018, to install 7 interior doors and replace a shower pan and shower door. That's it. Apparently, they decided to delve into the construction arena. The manager came out and told us the job was simple and would be done in two days. So, he scheduled it for the following week. So far, so good. After repeated excuses for not being able to come out on the scheduled date, they finally came out and removed all the old doors and shower pan. After more excuses and delays, they started installing the interior doors, which took them several weeks to install correctly after a few mishaps (They originally installed 1 closet door backwards, and 2 bi-fold closet doors would not open or close. They also neglected to order a needed custom door in advance).

Now about the shower door and pan...the pan finally got installed (they neglected to order that in advance too) and the door (which we purchased), just not correctly. So, the new manager (the previous one left the company several weeks into the job) said he could have the door re-installed properly on July 10th and it would take 4 hours. Well, that never happened. Instead of that, he came today (July 26th) and all he did was caulk the shower door and re-hang the shower door (incorrectly), with gaps still intact. He was here a total of 30 minutes (not 4 hours).

The reason I say the door was installed incorrectly is because the new manager said so when he came out to inspect the job a few weeks ago. Also, we took pictures of the original installation and showed it to Home Depot experts (where we bought the door), and they advised us the doors were installed incorrectly, with inappropriate gaps, which they later tried to fill with foam, between the door and the track. This is why the door needs to be reinstalled, not simply caulked and re-installed incorrectly. The manager is supposed to come back to replace some screws and tiles next Friday (his next available date!), but that's it. He made my husband sign a "work order" to cover his rear; we never had to this before. All I have to say is SHAME ON KOUDER for not standing by their word to reinstall the door correctly. NOT TO BE TRUSTED - STAY AWAY!!
