I would not recommend purchasing or using this orgainization for your cell phone needs. Tried to close the accoun a few days before autopay billed the next months bill, was told by the sales clerk that no worries it would be taken care of. A few days later, I was billed for the next months usage, which should have never happened. Called Booast mobile and their only reply was, We can close the account now, but we do not give refunds. The store manager says, I will meet you half way and refund half your money, seriously! They fail on their end, so I am going to be charged $28.50 for their mistake. Stay away from this company, unless you have money to burn or would like to be taken advantage of. Do not setup auto pay with them and run the risk of what happen to me to happen to you. Don't let someone tell you that they are a great company to do business with, it was not the case with me. Never again!
