As a licensed therapist, I am especially attuned to assisting women from adolescence to midlife in moving through issues with relationships, food/body image, self-esteem, and finding one's passion, especially creative passions. In addition, I work with couples in all stages of relationship - dating, premarital, marriage, and divorce. My focus works well with clients who resonate to both a highly sensitive and structured approach, one that combines intelligence and intuition to discover holistic solutions.

Amenities

I combine several models in my practice, drawing from both traditional and somatic/body-based forms of counseling.
